Using Raycast Node and Mixamo Create Amazing Results with Animated Dancing Character in Blender 3d

Hello everyone today we will learn how to use basic & simple way Geometry Raycast Node in blender.
Using Raycast node and Mixamo create amazing results with Animated dancing character in blender 3.1.2 This is part 02 and today we will talk about Raycasting blender 3.1.2 new geometry nodes. How to use Mixamo animated characters in blender 3d and import fbx files in blender.
I explained Raycast with Instancing node in very deeply and basics way for beginners. We create 3d motion graphics using Raycast node. I explain Raycasting how it works - Hit Position, Hit Distance and Directions of Raycast node. I hope after watching my video you can understand of the power of Raycast geometry node in blender.

1. First of all Download any Animation Character from Mixamo



2. Import FBX file




3. Add a Plane then Enlarge it and add a (Grid) node
    Size XY 1 m,    Vertices XY 30




4. Add (Instance on Points) node
    Ico Sphere (Radius 0.016 m)    (Subdivisions 3) 👇




5. Add (Object Info) & (Raycast) & (Set Position) nodes

6. Add a (Transform) node
    Set Translation (Z -0.15 m) 👇




7. Add 2 (Math) nodes 1st set = Multiply (Value 0.050)
    2nd = Subtract
    Then Add (Combine XYZ) & (Separate XYZ) node 👇




8. Add (Map Range) node for Better Results 👇




9. Apply (Fill) Materials and See Final Result 👇
